Organic, sourdough, wood-oven baked bread, 100% whole wheat from locally sourced flour (from the San Luis Valley). These are traditional “miche” loaves. The large is “large”: nearly 4 lbs pre-bake weight, nearly 12″ diameter. The small is half that size. Both have a great shelf life, easily a week if wrapped, and freeze well. Baked by Mark Minor at Stonehouse Bread Works in Howard.
